I'm also assuming data associated with smart tags account for the character limitations?
can we select preferred name over legal first name for the respective smart tag? For some of our patient names, we may have upwards of 15 to 20 characters in the first name
For those customers that send us attendance data, we've seen the average no-show rate be 6.4% (based off of patients who said they would attend, did not respond, or replied with something other than a confirmation/cancellation)
Does the off time tell them to arrive at X time vs being read that the time is 1 instead of the 115 that is in the EHR?
@Alisia - The location tag can pull in the custom address for your different locations, same for the phone number tag if there's a specific number for a certain site
Re: appointment reschedule message, is the woring in the message customizable?
@caremessage team - I'm interested in doing a deeper discovery with your team so we may expand CareMessage to our 17 clinical sites. Please let me know how best to coordinate this.

Can the group messaging feature also be used for internal communication to staff when there is an emergency. In Hawaii for example, volcanic eruption, tsunami warning, earthquake emergency response....
Yes, we'd recommend creating a "staff" group in CM so that you can easily select all staff and deliver a text to them simultaneously
